Portal issues

We're currently working on the following technical issues and apologise for any inconvenience:

  • IQNM portfolio tracker showing wrong stage, we are aware that for some people the portfolio tracker is showing an incorrect stage.
  • We're aware of an issue where changes to a practitioner's principal place of practise (PPP) is not showing on the Register of practitioners. We are currently investigating this and will provide an update once the issue is resolved. The correct address is showing in the practitioner's Ahpra portal. You do not need to call our customer service team to notify us, instead, please send us a message to let us know if your details are incorrect.

Unless your matter is urgent, please bear with us as we resolve these issues.
