PIE password reset

If you have forgotten your PIE and need to reset it, enter your User ID and date of birth and click the submit button to generate a new temporary password.

• If the User ID and date of birth are valid, a new temporary password will be sent automatically to within 15 minutes your email address that is registered with Ahpra.
• This new temporary password can then be used to login and access PIE.
• After logging in with your new temporary password please change it immediately by clicking ‘Change Password’ under Online Services.

Practitioners can reset their password from the new practitioner portal login.
